Identified - We have identified an issue affecting the settlement of American Express (Amex) card transactions processed through our Nets Finland acquirer on October 6th.
A settlement file covering transactions from that day was rejected during processing. As a result, payouts for the affected transactions are delayed until the file has been corrected and resubmitted.
