We are closing this incident after an extended monitoring period.
Authorizations have remained stable since the recovery reported on 21 May 2026, and we have not observed further merchant impact. A final root cause analysis from the upstream acquiring provider is not available at this time.

The Nordic acquiring outage has been resolved. Card payments have been going through successfully since approximately 14:43 CEST / 15:43 EEST, and success rates are back to normal.
We are continuing to monitor the service to make sure it stays stable before closing the incident. No action is needed from merchants.
