Planned maintenance at Telia is expected to cause traffic disturbances for terminals that use the Telia network. Impacts are listed to possibly cause delays in using network services, i.e., 2G/3G registration to the network during the maintenance window. The maintenance break only affects terminals that use Telia's network, i.e. Yoximo and Yomani terminals (Worldline).

Start time of maintenance: 2023-09-01 14:00 CEST
End time of maintenance: 2023-09-02 20:00 CEST
Enterprise disturbance time: 30 minutes during the maintenance window.

Work performed on: CUDB: DCP2CUDB2 server (Centralized User Database)

Enterprise impact:

1. There might be temporarily disturbance in provisioning activities which may impact following services (If such request fails, it shall be re-submitted after 30 minutes)

∙ Some Subscription Management Actions
∙ Change Subscription Package
∙ Change Subscription Owner
∙ Change Existing Subscription Service
∙ State change
∙ Devices reconnect.
∙ Deleting Subscriptions
∙ Reactivation, Localization / Delocalization
Recommendation is to avoid sending large batches of requests for provisioning during the timeframe of this activity.

2. Subscribers may experience a short delay of using network services as:

∙ VoLTE Services
∙ New data session creation
∙ 2G/3G registration to network
∙ Mobile Terminating SMS
∙ Mobile Terminating Voice services
Delay will depend of device or mobile network retry mechanism. Mobile networks retry logic is self-triggered and it is transparent for end-users.

Change Reason: HSS Schema update in CUDB due to forthcoming HSS SW.
