Based on the current information, we expect payouts to be processed one day later than usual. Processing has not yet been confirmed, and we’ll share another update if the expected timing changes.

We have identified an issue affecting the settlement of American Express (Amex) card transactions processed through our Nets Finland acquirer on October 6th.
A settlement file covering transactions from that day was rejected during processing. As a result, payouts for the affected transactions are delayed until the file has been corrected and resubmitted.
We are actively working on resubmitting the file. We will provide an update once payouts have been confirmed as processed.
