Identified

Cellular network provider has confirmed that there was a roaming issue in Finland that should have been fixed today at approximately 15:20. If you are still experiencing issues with your cellular connection we recommend you to reboot you payment terminal.

Investigating

We are currently investigating issue where some payment terminals using Cellular connections are having issues connecting to payment service provider.
