Intermittent Payment Authorization Failures — Nets Acquiring

Incident Report for Npay

Monitoring

Card payments on terminals in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland have been stable since approximately 08:51 UTC (10:51 CEST / 11:51 EEST). We are monitoring the situation closely.

Earlier this morning, some card payments and cancellations failed intermittently across several short episodes between 06:08 and 08:50 UTC (08:08–10:50 CEST / 09:08–11:50 EEST). If a payment failed during that window, it was not charged. We recommend retrying any failed payments.

We have identified the cause and are working with our network partner to confirm full resolution. We will post a further update once we have confirmed stability.

We are treating this as an ongoing incident.
